Thomas Clagett is the Vice President and Associate Broker of Clagett Enterprises, Inc. As an Associate Real Estate Broker, he specializes in commercial sales and leasing, project management, and land development and consulting. He also has extensive knowledge in consulting work establishing structures, budgets, documents, and reserve analysis for Office Condominiums and Residential Associations.

Thomas joined Clagett Enterprises, Inc. in 2001, and was formerly in management with Enterprise Rent-A Car where he developed trainees into managers, oversaw branch operations and helped opened three new offices throughout the DC Metro area.

In addition to his corporate client work, Thomas is an active member of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Frederick County as well as a member of the Frederick Rotary Club.  He has served on the Community Living housing committee, Goodwill Monocacy Valley Board of Directors, the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee, and is currently a head coach for FC Frederick (soccer club).  He is an active member of Community Associations Institute, and he is certified as an Association Management Specialist® (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA) with CAI.

Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Frostburg State University.
