HOA and Condominium Management

We take great pride in successfully executing the far-ranging daily tasks related to association management for more than 200 communities in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.

We relieve board members of complicated management duties

Decades of experience allow us to effectively oversee the administrative tasks associated with HOA and condominium management. These include all issues associated with accounting, covenant enforcement, architectural review processing, general site maintenance, infrastructure crisis intervention, and more. We provide for the needs of some of the area’s largest and most established communities as well as small communities that were previously managed by homeowner boards. Once engaged, we will serve as your business partner, both administering and advising you whenever needed. We’re responsive. We act with integrity, and we get the job done.

Ensuring the continuing value of your community

Whether it is the care of a condominium building or the grounds of a single-family home community, we take tremendous pride in the maintenance of the properties we manage.
We engage only the most reputable of local professionals for service. As your business partner, we will act as an investment advisor, developing a budget that ensures your community will have appropriate funds to meet current and future maintenance and common area infrastructure needs. We oversee our communities as though we resided there as well.

Expedite financial matters

We’ll call upon our extensive budget management expertise to establish an accounting and reporting protocol that meets your needs, is in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP), and ensures that your financial information is organized, transparent, and accessible. Our technologies include lockbox services, thereby ensuring the fast and efficient processing of all payments. In addition to customized reports that we’ll provide, you’ll have the ability to review accounts online.

Information technology

Our online portal technologies serve residents and association boards alike with real time information. Residents can view their account history, register property issues, obtain a resale disclosure package, access governing documents, and make assessment payments. Board members can use the portal to store association documents, monitor financial statements, communicate with one another, review RFPs from soliciting vendors, and more. We are committed to employing the best possible technologies to maximize the efficiency of our management processes.

Commitment and exceptional reputation

For more than 35 years, we’ve served the best interests of our clients as well as the community at large. We are invested–personally and financially–in our community and endeavor to constantly exceed our client’s expectations. We do so by helping to extend and increase their property investment, providing the best possible customer service, and showing respect for all involved parties. We are a trusted community partner and would welcome the opportunity to serve you.
